The contract also included the supply and install of various service routes/sleeves, to each of the new lifts shafts, as well as the construction of various access ramps, access steps and hard landscaping to the grounds.

Time and materials were managed to allow a progressive build of each shaft. Start and handovers of each shaft were coordinated with the client to allow a managed delivery and efficient use of resources.
