Concrete Works

Canary Wharf Construction Ltd engaged the construction of concrete foundations for the install of a garden/park area adjacent to 10 Bank Street, Canary Wharf. Over 250m3 of concrete was needed for the foundation works cast over various datum levels.

Comast were instructed to carry out extensive concrete works at Pembridge Villas over a three month period. The bulk of the measured works were to: concrete basement slab, concrete walls for swimming pool, plus other miscellaneous concrete works.

Install services below and above ground drainage, network and water services, including service chambers. Install concrete slab in 7No arch units under Brixton railway. Installation of brick and block work of the units.

Comast were contracted to install five large sub-stations within various blocks.
Sub-stations had concrete bases then brick walls with a concrete topping slab.

As part of London’s continuous infrastructure improvements throughout this surrounding area, Comast were contracted with the construction of new pavillions above the state-of-the-art Crossrail Station at Canary Wharf.

Comast Construction were contracted to facilitate the foundation and install for a new multi-story multi-use block constructed of shipping containers. This would be known as Des Box.
